Ongoing support
To help embed and enrich coaching post-training, we offer short or long term follow-up options including:
• Coaching clinics and add-on CPD's
• Peer-led Reflective Practice Groups: we train your people to facilitate their own reflective groups — a form of light-touch self-supervision. We recommend these run as hybrid programmes alongside external supervision (bi-monthly or quarterly) to ensure support and depth.
